Am I too old?
Absolutely not! We have students of all ages, from 20-70 years old. It's not about age, it's about having the correct information that will allow you to progress safely, effectively and efficiently.
What level do I have to be?
There's not really a 'specific level' that you have to be in order to take this course, we've designed this course to cater for a wide range of abilities. However, if you're not comfortable falling or turning out of a handstand, we DO NOT recommend you get this course. Instead, please take our first course - Prepare Your Handstand - that teaches you this. Also, you'll get the most out of this course if you already have good alignment. If you don't have good alignment in your handstand yet, we STRONGLY recommend you take our second course - Align Your Handstand - before doing our third course - Balance Your Handstand. Will you be there to help me?
Absolutely! Our mission is to help you every step of the way to achieve your handstand goals. You get one-to-one access to us in our Exclusive Members' Group alongside the course so we can answer any questions you may have.
Can I do this course by myself?
Yes. All of the drills in this course are designed to be done alone, so you can learn to handstand without a partner.
Can I do this course at home?
Yes, absolutely. All you need is some space and a few items of equipment. (Most of the equipment used can be replaced by household items.)
How does it work?
Once you purchase, you'll get access to your Members Area where you will find 12 weeks, each containing 3 Sessions. In each session, you watch the videos, do the drills and complete any milestones. You can use the Workbook to track your progress and ask any questions in the Facebook group. Simply follow the course to get results.
How long is this course?
The course is made up of 36 sessions, which we have separated into 12 weeks. However, you can do the course at your own pace, doing more or less sessions, per week.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is between 45 and 90 minutes long but this will depend on you, how familiar you are with the drills and how much rest time you need.
Is it a one time payment or a monthly subscription?
It’s a one time fee. After you purchase the course, there are no further payments.
How long will I have access?
Once you have purchased the course and created your member login, you will have access to the members area forever!
How long will it take to see results?
It varies from person to person, depending on a couple of things.
1. What your level is when starting the course. (If you haven't taken our previous courses or don't already have a handstand practice, then you may see slower results due to lacking the necessary foundations.)
2. How accurately you follow the course. (The students that follow our instructions precisely achieve better results, in less time.)

If you are not comfortable falling from a handstand, our balance course is NOT suitable for you yet. Instead, we recommend you get our Prepare Your Handstand online course, where we teach you exactly how to do this.
If you do not have good alignment in your handstand yet, we recommend you get our Align Your Handstand online course BEFORE Balance Your Handstand. Our Align course is the ONLY course specifically designed to improve your alignment.
